All Purpose Flour

EARLY BIRD FARM’S All Purpose Flour is stone ground at low temperatures to preserve flavor and nutrients.

It’s then lightly sifted to produce an all-purpose baking flour that is lighter than 100% whole wheat flour. Sifting removes some bran, leaving the nutritious germ and oils in the flour.

This high-grade, high-extraction T-120 flour is perfect for baking cookies, cakes, bread, brownies, biscuits, pancakes, pizzas, pies, pastries, and more. It has a great stretch ability as well as gluten strength and elasticity. Tested at the California Wheat Commission, we found that it not only had a delicious flavor profile and oven spring, it also makes fantastic tortillas! Our stone ground flour has been laboratory confirmed to be the finest stone ground flour in California.
