All Purpose Flour

EARLY BIRD FARM’S All Purpose Flour is stone ground at low temperatures to preserve flavor and nutrients.

It’s then lightly sifted to produce an all-purpose baking flour that is lighter than 100% whole wheat flour. Sifting removes some bran, leaving the nutritious germ and oils in the flour.

This high-grade flour is perfect for baking cookies, cakes, bread, brownies, biscuits, pancakes, pizzas, pies, pastries, and more.
