  • 1/3 cup Early Bird Farm & Mill Creamy Wheat
  • 2 cups Water or Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)


  • Gradually add Early Bird Farm & Mill Creamy Wheat to boiling water or milk, stirring constantly to prevent boil-over.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 3 minutes or to desired thickness, stirring frequently. Cool slightly and serve.


For thinner cereal add 1-2  tbsp more water or milk. For thicker cereal, let stand a few extra minutes.
Enjoy in a variety of ways with brown sugar and cinnamon, with fruit compote, or any other toppings to your palate’s desire!
For 4 Servings:
Use 3/4 cups Early Bird Farm & Mill Creamy Wheat and 4 cups Water or Milk, with an optional 1/2 tsp salt.
